Opening its doors in Mumbai in 2003, Patel Realty India Ltd (PRIL)
is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Patel Engineering Group (www.patelengineering.in).
Patel Engineering (BSE: PATENG) is a sixty year old firm with a
global presence in infrastructure, power, and tunnelling, and
currently has a market capitalisation exceeding 10,000 crores,
or approximately USD 2 billion. At its inception, Patel's
founder Shri Pravin Bhai Patel established two objectives for
the company's future: to sustain steady growth by increasing its
revenue annually, but to remain responsible corporate citizens.
The hard work and long hours expended in those early years have
paid off as the business thrived and as projects grew
progressively larger and more complex.
The parent firm's philosophy has been successfully transferred
to PRIL, as the company has quickly distinguished itself in the
construction industry by providing services based on its values;
trust, safety, service, responsibility, stewardship and
teamwork. Our team members truly believe in serving our
customers' interests and having a strong, partnered relationship
with each project's designer, engineers, and subcontractors.

Formed in 2003, Patel Realty's principal mandate is to acquire,
develop and program real estate assets located in major urban
environments where real estate demands have increased sharply
due to lifestyle changes amongst all the age group segment of
the population. This increased demand, together with the real
estate expertise from Patel Realty principals, defines the
vision and the road map for the company's future. Patel Realty
has and will continue to pursue residential, commercial, IT
Park, SEZ, Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Waterfront
Developments and mixed-use transactions based on these
principles - always with an eye on strong community relations
and integrity.

consider its historical significance, preserve the significant
archeological sites that may exist, determine its best use and
create a comprehensive plan. We build a team of professionals
from within and without our company and oversee the project from
its inception to its completion. We have a history of developing
quality properties that are delivered on time and on budget.
