Payment Plan
Payment Schedule:
Token/Registration Money: Rs. 1 lac
Booking Amount 10% of basic sale price within 15 days after
token amount is paid (token money shall be adjusted)
30% of the Total sale price (as per loan availability from
bank) within 30 days, from the date, the project becomes
bankable.
60% of the BSP and other charges in the
following manner:

| On casting of the 4th floor slab |
10% of Total Sale price |
| On casing of 8th floor slab |
10% of Total Sale Price |
| On casting of 12th floor slab |
10% of Total Sale Price |

5% of Total Sale Price |
| On offer of Possession |

Notes:
- Cheque/ Draft should be in favour of “Antriksh Golf View
II.” Payable at Noida.
- Stamp duty, Registration Charges, IFMS Charges, Legal
/miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the allote
at the time of offer of possession.
- Any delay in Payment will attract penal interest as per
Company Policy.
- Any Government duty, tax, etc. imposed/ Charged on us,
the same will be charged from the members on pro- data
basis.
