Golf View-II Noida Payment Plan

Payment Schedule:
Token/Registration Money: Rs. 1 lac
Booking Amount 10% of basic sale price within 15 days after token
amount is paid (token money shall be adjusted)
30% of the Total sale price (as per loan availability from bank)
within 30 days, from the date, the project becomes bankable.
60% of the BSP and other charges in the following manner:
On casting of Ground floor slab 10% of Total Sale Price
On casting of the 4th floor slab 10% of Total Sale price
On casing of 8th floor slab 10% of Total Sale Price
On casting of 12th floor slab 10% of Total Sale Price
On casting of Top floor slab 10% of Total Sale price
On start of Finishing work 5% of Total Sale Price
On offer of Possession 5% of Total Sale Price
Notes:
Cheque/ Draft should be in favour of “Antriksh Golf View II.”
Payable at Noida.
Stamp duty, Registration Charges, IFMS Charges, Legal
/miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the allote at the
time of offer of possession.
Any delay in Payment will attract penal interest as per Company
Policy.
Any Government duty, tax, etc. imposed/ Charged on us, the
same will be charged from the members on pro- data basis.
